Arroz con Leche
The recipes in here may be a little vague, consider Costa Ricans don't really go by a recipe, so I will try my best to get it right, it turns out well for them to estimate!

- A bag of rice
- 1 gallon of whole milk
- Sugar
- Vanilla
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
- Optional: Coconut or any other ingredient you'd like to add

You are going to pour as much rice as you'd like to make into a pot with milk, pour in enough milk to double the rice quantity, less is more, you can add milk as you go. Boil the rice in the milk until it is soft, there should be some thicker liquid milk still, you don't want too much but you also don't want it to dry up. About half way through cooking the rice, throw in some cloves, cinnamon and vanilla. Once the rice is done add the sugar and taste it until it is the sweetness you like and if you have an extra ingredient like shaved coconut, add that now. Eat hot or cold...you're done! I like it cold best but it is delicious in any and all ways.
